This is absolutely fabulous place, at the edge of beautiful lake, surrounded by nature. Spotless clean rooms, cozy, very well maintained. Fresh air, 100% silent nights and good quality beds leads to great sleep. Staff was very nice and helpfull. We were travelling to attend ice skating competition in Ilmenau. And couldn’t find any available hotel over there. This hotel was on some distance, but the stuff was super friendly and give a ride next morning after the breakfast directly to ice skating stadium. And location is absolutely amazing- beautiful forest and mountains!

the Hotel is located in the historical city center which is very central. everything is within a 10-15 minutes walking distance. The check in was very easy and also they didn’t mind for a late check out when I asked for it. the breakfast buffet was really good as well and the staff was very friendly. There was also a mix up with the booking so I was upgraded to a bigger room with no additional costs, which I found very nice of them.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better.
