I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for a week, and I truly cannot express enough how much their warmth and kindness meant to me. As a student far from home, they made me feel like family, treating me as one of their own. The more I try to describe their hospitality, the more I realize that words can’t do justice. Their support went above and beyond, making my stay not only comfortable but genuinely heartwarming. I’m incredibly grateful and will always cherish my time here!

It was a charming place on a working vineyard in a beautiful setting of a small village tucked under the hills in the Rhine valley. The host was great and the bedroom was enormous and well equipped. The added bonus was a ready supply of their own excellent wine in the fridge.

The hotel delivered on our expectations exactly, the location, cleanliness, comfort, and ease you expect from a high class hotel in a small scale and affordable setting. We didn’t need much from the staff as they had made sure that our needs were fulfilled even before we arrived. Couldn’t recommend anywhere else to stay in the area.

A really comfortable hotel, and we received an unexpected upgrade which was a nice touch. It gave us a little more room to stretch out. We are bike packers and the hotel manager gave us access to the lock up garage to keep our bikes secure overnight which we really appreciated. The hotel is right on the EuroVelo 15 so super easy to find. We had a delicious meal in the downstairs restaurant and for any fellow Aussie travellers - I can highly recommend the Mediterranean Chicken Schnitzel, it’s the closest thing I have had to an Aussie chicken Parma in my 7 months of European travel.

    No choices for b-fast when asked for something related b-fast being told NO, honestly OVERPRICED for what they offer….I mean 2 adults in a double room for 1 night with b-fast included to pay 126 euro and not having the chance to have a decent b-fast, then for what we have payed that much ??!

    Excellent starting point for cycling trips in Siebengebirge...

    Excellent starting point for cycling trips in Siebengebirge and Eiffel (but keep an eye on timings of the ferries. Most close before 2100. For Siebengebirge you must be experienced cycler (lots of height meters)
