Very good customer service. Luigi was in the reception and he is an amazing person. He organised emergency food for us despite the kitchen being closed we were late to check in.

The room was big. The parking was free. We were 3 (one kid) and the room was very very big. We only needed the room for the night as we were passing through Munich...it was worth it. Good restaurants around.

Pleasant stay in a quiet and convenient location, easy to reach by car. The hotel restaurant served surprisingly good food, both for breakfast and dinner. A great bonus was the on-site EV charging station, which worked perfectly and made our road trip hassle-free. Clean room, helpful staff — would gladly return.

One of best hotels I have stayed in for a long while. Retaining rustic Austrian charm but modern, clean and elegant. Staff were all fantastic. Breakfast team really made our stay - wonderfully sunny service to start your day. Breakfast was incredible - vast and excellent quality. We didn't eat in hotel restaurant but went to bierkeller across road for dinner. Hotel arranged this in advance. Really atmospheric - tasty hearty food, best schnitzel I have known. Huge portions so avoid starters and dessert is unlikely. Bathroom was pristine - looked brand new

    The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Receptionist Ms Greta gave all the information perfectly and she knows her job very well. Her fluent English helped me to understand all infos. The Hotel was so clean everything and corner are very well designed. Lobby is like a museum. Art Estetic Vision completed perfection. Room furnitures are unique real wooden pieces. Car park is also good. I recommend everyone if they look for somewhere like boutique hotel. Thank all the hotel staff and administration.

    The check-in was very quick and hassle-free. We liked the furniture and lighting in the room, very practical. The bathroom was clean and the amenities were ok. The breakfast was very good and the staffs were very hospitable. We appreciate the free parking spots provided directly in front of the hotel.

    Location close to highway and south of Munchen (good from the point that we have travelled to the south) was very good for transition overnigth stay. The room was clean and having enough space. Nice surprise with small haribo sweets on the beds, when we came.
