The whole setting inside the hotel is really nice; the room is spacious with an access to a balcony liked that bathroom and toilet are separate the breakfast was so delicious; the employees at breakfast really help around with choices, additional things, etc. parking is available

We travelled with a 2 and a 4,5 year old child and this accommodation has completely fulfilled their needs. A playground outside, some bunnies in the garden and a lovely family room with a bunk bed. Also a small soft chair in the children’s room with a toy to play with. Enough choice on the breakfast tables, for picky kids too.

The view from the big windows of the studio towards the old town, the river and the castle was so beautiful that we were not bored even when staying inside the room because of the cold weather outside. The walk to the okd town was pleasant too!

Our room overlooked the river, had a wonderful view, the evening and early morning reflections in the river were beautiful. The room was large with 2 occasional chairs, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was large, it could maybe have a few more pegs/ towel rails for towels to hang. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were all delicious.

The accommodation is located in the heart of Passau's historic old town, within walking distance of the Dreiflüsseeck. The windows face the Inn River. The room was nicely decorated and spacious, with a scenic view of the Inn River and the surrounding hills. There was a water kettle and a minibar in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with local specialities and many healthy choices. The coffee was great.

    Excellent location, close to Passau, but in the quiet countryside. The hotel is retro furnished, staff is very friendly, nice continental breakfast, the rooms have a lovely, large shared terrace. Full marks for the "adults only" so there's no screaming kids around, it's very tranquil.

    Location was quiet and easy to find. Some better direction boards could help especially in the night. Area of the hotel is large and have maintained it well. Breakfast was okay nothing great as well the dinner. Variety / choice was limited

    The facilities, location was quiet, and the amazing breakfast. Other than the pillows the bed itself was comfortable , as well as the room. Quiet, even though the hotel seemed full.
