I liked some of the staff member and the owner. They were very helpful and find a good proposal the day after to manage the issues we had with one member staff at our arrival who gave us a smoking room double with separate beds instead a non smoking room double and then left leaving us without the possibility to change the room and have one as we booked. But in the morning the lady at the desk and the owner were very helpful and fair to set up the issue. Therefore we thank them and recommend this place ! Because they were very fair!

A Medieval Castle in the center of a German town. Great experience to stay in such surroundings. Nice room, very comfortbale bed. Tasty food in the restaurant and very good breakfast. We did like it a lot and will definatley come back.
