The staff were friendly and helpful and generous. We had an upgrade which is not always possible but always appreciated, many umbrellas available on loan for rainy days, colorful sweets available and instead of a stupid mini bar, drinks available in an inviting lounge on a trust basis. The owner understands that it is the kind gestures that make one want to return.
