    I was actually blown away with how great this hotel was! In the Uk, most Best Westerns are very basic and don’t have much but this was a very good hotel. The lobby was well presented and very smart, the restaurant area was also nice. The room was very good, the chair was comfy, I liked that the room had a tablet too. Also, the reception staff and the bar tender were really friendly.

    The location was great .bus station was just around the corner from the hotel.there were bars and restaurants close by.the staff were friendly and helpful and made you feel really welcome. The whole of the hotel was nicely decorated and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Breakfast had a good choice of items.nothing was to much trouble for this hotel .

    We weren't sure what to expect in the heart of town. Jana and Michael (?) have made a tastefully fitted out apartment in the heart of Velbert, suitable for short stays. Instructions were in English and German. We were visiting family and the location was ideal.
