The room was spacious, practical, comfortable and desgined well. I liked the small kitchen area to make tea and coffee in the morning, the colours, the design features and small details like the bathroom mirror with an integrated light and the showerhead holders in the bathroom. Bed and pillows - really comfortable. Great accessable location.

Beautiful house and beautiful apartment! We were positively surprised how wonderful the place is! Sadly, we only stayed there 1 night, and also visited the city so we didn't have much time to enjoy the apartment but it is definitely lovely place! The room was great, had everything you might need, the surrounding and outside area was super chill, perfect for some relaxing time! There's also a swimming pool but it was a bit chilly afternoon so we didn't feel like using it. But the breakfast...! The breakfast should have it's own section of the review! We had to leave very early but the owner agreed for us to come a bit earlier, while she was still preparing breakfast, which was super nice! Breakfast is like a super great buffet but better than what you can imagine :) The variety of things, the quality of them was amazing! And the serving, how it's all presented on the plates made me speechless :) it is worth to stay longer in the Villa to enjoy more breakfast like that :) It is also a nice walking distance from the center, we really enjoyed walk to and back Bamberg city and also very positively surprised by the city itself. Think we might come back there one day :)

The location was perfect to explore old town Bamberg. The boutique hotel is in an old building but the facilities were all modern. A lift for luggage and tired legs was much appreciated although the beautiful old timber staircase was a delight to use also. The decor was lovely. Breakfast served in the modern hotel restaurant was excellent and generous - both inside and outdoor dining on offer and a great start to the day.
