A very special place. Booked this last mintue (30 minutes before arriving) as our initial booked hotel looked rather scary. We were so glad to have discovered this gem and just a jump from the Autobahn. Although the rooms are not big (no mini-fridge or kettle etc) they make up for it in style with a decent-sized shower. Francisca at reception was kind enough to show us a couple of different rooms as we struggle to sleep with noise. She was beyond accomodating. Goes without saying that the room was immaculate. There are spa facilities here, but as it was just a quick overnight stay we didn't use any of those options. Also big thanks to Frankie in the restaurant - a breath of fresh air - she made us feel extremely welcome in the wonderful beer garden. As advertised the breakfast was a feast and good coffee too with even the choice of filter or espresso.

Small and cosy hotel situated in a small Bavarian town. (A short walk is recommended). Very friendly and welcoming hosts. My little son with the help of the chef prepared a salad himself, he was delighted with it. Great restaurant, in addition I tasted one of the best beers of my life: Augsburger Riegele.
