The staff works great. They are extremely welcoming. They managed early check in for free. They gave us a room that we had booked but we didn't expect that those room would be with a stunning view of a pedestrian bridge and other bridge and we could observe the drawbridges. Breakfast is awesome (morning chef the best) and various. I wish there were some sparkling wine)

Exceptional overall experience. We stayed for our marriage (Copenhagen town hall) and the staff went above and beyond for us. including complimentary champagne and sweets in our room on the night of the weeding. The facilities themselves are beautiful and full of character, the location couldn't be better, and not to mention the added benefits of the daily Tivoli passes, bike hire and a wonderful rooftop bar all of which we utilized during our stay. I will absolutely be recommending this hotel, it truly played a part in our wonderful Copenhagen experience.
