Already during check-in, we were greeted with smiles. Receptionist Stine asked about our plans and gave us tips about what and when to visit. Without her tips, we might have missed the Lego House. She was very helpful! When we encountered a problem with not being able to find a store that sells suitcases, receptionist Jan gave us some possible solutions. He made great jokes and was very kind to every client! The food and service at the restaurant was very good. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a big selection of different foods. But for me, the best was Sunday schnitzel with wienerboy. Of course the restaurant experience was made even better with very attentive service, especially Martin and Eric who made sure that we get the best experience. The room was clean on arrival, and for the first time I encountered cleaning on demand. It's a great way to stay environmentally friendly and also keep privacy. The bathtub was huge! It had easily understandable instructions and filled up fast. Definitely recommending this hotel! Thanks to the crew for making this vacation so relaxing.

The location was perfect. Reasonable driving distance to Legoland (approximately 10 mins drive) and it's easy to check-in and check-out. The host Rikke was so kind and he even kindly upgraded our room and the flat was so cosy and comfy. You will find everything you need in the room and the room temperature was adjustable, perfect for Danish winter. There is a pizza restaurant and a supermarket nearby. And the pizza was surprisingly delicious. The check-in was super smooth and you just need to enter the code. There is nothing to worry about, and you just feel cozy and comfy.
