The location was perfect for our needs. The shower curtain could be replaced by a door. Other than that we found the facility was excellent. If there were more of this kind of facility we would definitely use them. Loved it!

The location of Hyrdeskolen is absolutely beautiful, with woods and vast green fields around. It's peacefully and quiet. One of the room's windows is facing South where beautiful sunsets can be seen but it's better to go outside. There is a space to sit outside with your morning coffee or at any time of the day. The room is simple but it's clean with two comfortable armchairs, there is a fridge, kettle and a Tchibo coffee machine, which I much appreciated. It's a lovely touch to facilitate a good coffee machine with a nice coffee in the room, so you can have a morning brew before you go on with your day. The owners are kind, thoughtful and friendly people. We could also see dogs in training, which was very interesting. When we are back in Denmark, we will be looking to stay in Hyrdeskolen again. P.S. The only thing that I was missing was some kind of clothes storage, for example, a simple rail with few hangers in the room/ wall hooks to hang some clothing from the briefcase. The location is a bit out of the beaten path so one would require a car to reach there. However, it is very beautiful to be out of the city so that was a positive thing for us. The owners are lovely, both Lars and Anika accommodated us in the best way possible. We appreciated the wine and the food. The home was also very clean and tidy. We loved there, and are looking forward to visiting again!

Perfect location in the countryside and short distance (10-15min by car) to main attractions in Billund and surroundings (Legoland, Lalandia, Lego House etc.). Fantastic property (loft conversion from an old barn) - spacious and comfortable rooms, very good new beds, great common areas (particularly kitchen that was very well equipped to prepare your own breakfasts and meals). Ideal for families - lots of space for kids to play (indoors and outdoors). Wonderful and very accommodating hosts who were invisible most of the time and yet very attentive whenever you needed anything. We could not wish for anything more :) Thank you!

I liked the communication, the hosts' help and advice in solving transport issues. Very cozy, quiet, comfortable environment. Both inside and outside. A wonderful place for relaxation, overnight stay for a large family.
