Everything is nice, fresh and clean. Simple, but accurate design. Amazing big terrace- that is very rare for the hotel in this price range in historic district. Good a/c, comfy beds, hot water and well equipped bathroom. Very friendly and helpful owner.

We stayed in room 200 and it was very hot because the AC faces to the door so the room doesn't get cold. This however was resolved when we got a fan ASAP which made it more comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, fresh and very homely. I was really impressed by the quality and presentation of the room. The staff were so nice especially the two gentleman at the front, one has excellent English and translated for us. Another lady with braid hair was also so sweet. The cleaners and other staff at the hotel were friendly and I would recommend the hotel for this reason. The location was very good as we were next to the Colonial area, sea and everything was in reach! Beautiful hotel!

The hotel is new and therefore the facilities are modern. One can appreciate the Colonial structure of the building but the modern rooms . The staff is welcoming especially the front desk. The house keeping was also on point. The breakfast was good .The security of the building is A+ the staff is vigilant.
