A home away from home. Simple, very clean rooms. Don Jorge and Angelica are the best! Breakfast was joyful each morning and delicious. We had recommendations for booking a car and other activities. The area is great if you want to chill, walk to the beach and just be in a quiet spot. It just has a good, home vibe that you appreciate when traveling.

I had a lovely stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. I especially want to recognize the receptionists, bag concierges, maids, servers, and chefs, all of whom contributed to an exceptional experience. This place is heaven on Earth! We had amazing time. Room is very spacious, super clean with breathtaking view and huge terrace with pool. Stuff was super nice, food was amazing and they offer various activities and facilities. We are definitely coming back.

The location was perfect with such a serene atmosphere. The food was great, and the resort looked spectacular at night. The staff at Florecita Restaurant helped us celebrate my younger daughter's birthday and one of them came wearing a costume and danced with her. We were all extremely happy.

Overall experience was excellent, the staff went above and beyond. Would love to give a few special recognition to certain employees. 1-Felix, Moises and Jomesit in the Mix bar( the service they gave was exceptional. 2- Darlyn- who worked in the French restaurant and in the taco stand- thank you for the laughter, and amazing service. 3-Javier in concierge- your dedication to making sure the guest are satisfied is over the top, Thank you for making our stay and my sister in laws birthday amazing. I will definitely be booking really soon.
