It’s clear he loves what he does, and it shines through in every detail. Margarita and her team are exceptional. Welcoming. Attentive. Informative. The location is excellent. The open restaurant looks into the jungle garden with large numbers of colourful birds. The place is modern. They arranged trips for us. We booked three nights but ended up staying five nights and were reluctant to leave. The entire Mindo experience was wonderful. Small friendly town, accessible cloud forest activities.

The stay at Mindo Bird Lodge was excellent. The room may not have been 5 star, but it was comfortable and close to the action. The birds are all around. you can sit under cover and have birds fly right by you. Thev private waterfall is incedible - you feel like you are the only one to have ever been there. Such a great place.

excellent place to stay in Mindo, with hot water, good internet and safe parking spot for the car. all very clean and big comfortable beds. rooms have access to terrace. the hostel is located next to the river in the forest you wake up with the songs of the birds .The best coffee served for breakfast. Asem and his wife are the best hosts you could imagine. we felt immediately at home

The room we were allocated was large. The bathroom was also a good size. It was very clean. There was good hot water and water pressure. The staff were excellent. The hotel is a little out of the town, but this adds to the charm of the place. You feel like you're in the jungle. At the time of our stay there were no bugs. I would stay here again. I definitely recommend it to this who visit Mindo...so long as you don't mind a 10 min walk to town. I think it's worth the effort.

The BEST in Ecuador 🤩 The Temple I was my best stay in Ecuador. The room was amazing, the surrounding so quite and peaceful, the location perfect, just a short walk to the center. Everything is superbly clean and the gathering in the kitchen with other travelers very nice. The cherry on this specific accommodation is Pao, the owner - from the bottom of her heart one of the nicest person I met on my journey. Just wish I did have more time to spent at „The Temple“ and with Pao to enjoy the wine and the wonderful sparkling of the trees and night ⭐️
