GermanyI forgot my Macbook charger at the hotel and they went way out of their way to drop it off at my next hotel at the Quito Airport. The breakfast was abundant and varied and the location perfectly close to the hot springs but not too close to be affected by all the touristy noise. It is possible to start nice walks from the hotel and get immersed within nature right away.

Had a fun time fishing; Elvi, Kelly and Jasmine were so patient. I definitely hope to visit again. It was a good start for my 2025 spiritual renewal and fitness journey!!

Breakfast has fruit, juices, coffee and much more than you expect, but the food served in restaurant must be improve, in quantity and variety.
The cabins are so expensive for the accommodation which provide, specially, the tiny and small beds in the second floor, with out any other simple and cheap furniture to store your clothes.
Bat towels are older, needs to be replace and improve these quality, if you are paying for a luxury hotel spa in Papallacta area.

What I liked most was the pool; I didn't like that they have set hours for using the pool. The room was cold despite having a fireplace, and the restaurant served me burnt meat the night I arrived. Breakfast, however, was very good.

The private bathrooms are fantastic.
The private bathrooms are fantastic. Direct access to the pool from the room. The hour-long hike is also highly recommended. We did it in the morning before check-out. Rooms had to be vacated by 1 p.m. It was great that we could still use the public pools later and check out later.

Papallacta is a very beautiful place; the landscapes are stunning. I recommend the hikes you can take starting at the hot springs, and bring warm clothes if you plan to stay overnight because it gets very cold.

The place is inviting, with very comfortable cabins, and the design of the small pools is beautiful. It's wonderful to spend the whole night in the privacy of the small hot springs surrounded by flowers. The gentle drizzle creates a feeling of peace and connection with all the elements of nature.

Papallacta is an amazing place where you can enjoy hot springs at different price points with incredible views. You can also go hiking and birdwatching. It's a favorite spot, just an hour from Quito!

Termas de Papallacta is a magnificient place - I've visited various times. The pools are very well maintained, the flowers are beautiful, and the view is just spectacular. I had a room with a fireplace, which certainly adds to the atmosphere in the evening. The staff is really helpful and friendly, and the food is also very good (I recommend the onion soup). Also, the breakfast buffet has a great variety of choices. If you have time, do the "self-guided" hike - it's easy but worth it.

The rooms are very comfortable. Opt for one with a fireplace. They stoke and light the fireplace just before retiring for the night. The restaurant has excellent food options and beer +liquor is also available. Everything is reasonably priced.
There are several pools, all with varying temperatures. The atmosphere at this hotel is perfect for a quiet getaway. The property offers secure parking, good wifi throughout, and good quality linens and towels.

The staff and owner are awesome. Super friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Bed was very comfortable. The temperature of papallacta was chilly, and our room came with heaters, which kept us nice and warm throughout the night. Best of all we were just a block away from the Hot springs and a bunch of restaurants. Highly recommend staying hear. Super affordable.

We had a very relaxing stay at Mamallacta Lodge. The owner, Rosario, and the rest of the staff were very welcoming from the moment we were picked up from the airport until we departed the lodge. The property is very close to the Termas de Papallacta at a much more affordable rate.
