Good location close to the ferry and sea. We had a good time with friends in this beautiful house. Host is helpful as well.

our first time at Viimsi, everything was great, big playing room for kids, excellent spa and waterpark. Amout of people in spa depends on time, sometimes a lot of people, sometimes less. we didn't have time to visit spa 18+, all time spent in aquapark and saunas, nice small cold outdoor pool and outdoor sauna. kids 8 and 4 years enjoyed pools and slides. we will definitely come back.

Right in front of the beach, I could hear the whispering waves and it was really relaxing.

The location and views are perfect, easy access by asphalt roads. Clean, modern design, tasty food at the restaurant. Friendly staff.

A hotel with a good price, which would rather be a hostel. In the room was mini-kitchen and fridge.

Karmo is a great host, very friendly, approachable and helpful. The apartment has many interesting personal touches, was perfect for us and is quite large as well. There is a main bus terminal 5 minutes walk away, so great for getting around in all directions. Near the terminal is smaller Grossi supermarket for day to day groceries. The Haabneeme beach is sandy and only 0.75km away and has the higher-end Oko restaurant overlooking the beach, as well as the Burger Kitchen Rannabaar which specialise in chicken burgers and other spicy dishes, which is a proper beach-style bar with sand, bean bags and music. There is a lifeguard station right there on the beach too, with some volleyball courts on the sand next to the beach-bar. The beach has changing screens and large benches. There is also a Coop shop near the route to the beach. Over the road from the bus terminal, there is the Viimsi Spa and Waterpark centre with a elaborate enclosed water slide complex. Attached is the large White Rose old english-style pub, serving great food and several draught beers, drinks, cocktails including non-alcoholic. Walk further in that direction to Viimsi Keskus shopping mall, a Rimi supermarket near it and a Maxima supermarket. We also liked the Coccodrillo Viimsi pub restaurant, with a good menu of food and drinks, which is a short walk uphill through a nice park, near Viimsi Keskus shopping mall. On many days we went to the beach or into Tallinn by bus and returned home or tried all those mentioned places, so we didn't mind bussing around. We also used Bolt cabs or self-drive which are comparable with bus tickets. We highly recommend Karmo's apartment and it's location.
