Very comfortable, charming hotel. The location is perfect for a visit to Tartu. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The dining room offered fine dining and we enjoyed two excellent meals there during our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors to Tartu

The staff was so helpful and caring! I couldn't check until aft 8 pm and the staff made sure that I able to get a key. They sent me their phone number and helped me when I had any questions. The room was really charming! It had a warmth that you won't find in a hotel. Also, I requested a quiet room and my room was so quiet! Also, the Villa is centrally located, so I could walk wherever I needed to go. It is a very short walk to the Villa from the bus station. I highly recommend the Villa if you would like a charming environment with an exceptionally caring staff!

The hotel is next to the bus station-5 minutes walk. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Who likes silence, take a room overlooking the courtyard, it is quiet and the windows open.
