Everything was amazing at the dream house hotel! Very grateful for all the help we got from the reception. Yussif and Hossam that worked in the reception was very welcoming and helped us with any requests that we had! All personal working there was also very professional and helpful! Would definitely comeback if go to Cairo and again. Highly recommended!

First of all I would like to thank you all for the great & amazing hospitality services we got it while the full period we stay in your lovely resort (me &  my wife) it was a great experience along with the profisionality services starting from the first date we reached the hotel, while our stay and  till late check out privilege we got. Special thanks for the welcoming team at the entrance, courage, the coffee shop & the restaurant we got the breakfast in three days.. Thx for a the food quality and profisional Servcie by full team in both restaurants and coffee shop too. Thx for the Chief Mr. Ramadan for his great hospitality and welcoming smile in the three days along with his colleagues for the delicious food! As well thx for Om Shahed for the Mshaltet desert and Abosalam too. Thx for the great time we spent at the evening time in the coffeeshoop in same hotel was great in getting 5 Star Servcie by Kareem & Adel too. As well i should raise an appreciation to the hotel Management specaily to Mr. Ahmed Abdulmenaim for his profisionality services for his immediate action in solving a sevral issue to keep us in his priority to have a peace of mind considering all the miss and opservasions which give me an extra privilege services by his amazing humble attitude and decisions. Excellent service, really the best experience! The customer was noted from every moment and treated with welcome, kindness, politeness. At the moment of arrival we were greeted with a welcoming drink. Check in process went smoothly. I got a beautiful room with a wonderful view to the pool. It was clean and quiet and had all the accessories needed - could not expect more. The pool was beautiful and when arriving a staff member brought me a pool towel - really considerating! At breakfast I was served impeccably, really personal and welcomed. The hotel manager came to greet me two times to hear how my visit has been. I cannot compliment the hotel enough. Thank you so much for the wonderful visit, I wish to stay for a longer time.

    This was a very clean area.

    This was a very clean area. They had great malls mall of Arabia and mall of Egypt they were really big but we didn’t have enough time to look at everything. Lots of kid friendly spaces and activities lots of shops. Great food

    Everything was great the reception, the room the dinner food the waiters the housekeeping, the pool, everyone works up there was gentile , it's a relaxing and simple place to stay in , only the breakfast was a little bit disappointing and need more variation.

    Apartment very cosy and clean. Fully furnished. Equipped with detergents, set of plates, mugs, cutlery, iron and washing machine. It was everything you needed. The only downside was when the kettle got broken even though the owner said he would bring the new one next day in the morning he didn't and the kettle hasn't been replaced. Also we couldn't do check out when we wanted to leave.

    In my opinion, my stay at the hotel was superb.

    In my opinion, my stay at the hotel was superb. Overall, everything was excellent, with only a few minor issues. I highly recommend this hotel, despite considering the distance from the city center. If I were to return to Egypt, I would definitely book a room at this hotel again. I extend my gratitude to all the officials and staff members of this hotel for their outstanding service.

    Novotel is a no-frills business-type hotel and the general approach is matter-of-fact without smothering the guests in over-attentiveness. Customer service, generally hits just the right note. The hotel was quiet and the facilities used were relaxing and not crowded. There were no noisy weddings like most of the other hotels in 6th Of October. Breakfast is of a good standard and the quality and selections of food are very good. The a-la-carte menu experience was excellent on the outdoor terrace. The room size is not expansive but more than adequate. The decor is good but tired in places showing obvious signs of wear with some ominous carpet stains. The lighting was not great with two main room/desk lamps not working at all. There were loose connections in the bedside light switch and it was hard to keep all the lights on. The hotel could also improve on the number and location of electrical sockets. The bathroom is compact and the shower really good. Had to remove the drain cover though to stop flooding the floor. Bed very comfortable and linen smelt fresh. Wi-Fi was the super highlight of the stay. It was superfast which is rare in Cairo Hotels. Bravo Novotel. A good experience overall. Will come again.

    I was going to choose cheaper hotel, but after I realized what are conditions in Cairo, I decided to book here and Im quite happy that I did it. This hotel offers high standards and quietness and after one day in the city it was such a relief . Room - huge. Breakfast with plenty options. Staff - very helpful. Restaurant - very delicious food with option of delivery to the room. There is bank, farmacy and small shop underneath the hotel

    Well, the hotel is very well situated. It is only 10 to 20 minutes away from every major attraction in the six of october city. Only Zpark is like 30 minutes away but other than that it is quite close. I loved staying there. the only downside would be the absence of heaters in the rooms.
