The property is very very beautiful, clean and new. The location is amazing for the view on the nile. It's also close to the airport, as there is a new road being constructed which makes access easy. The food was also great. We are vegan and we had an easy time finding great food. They even made an extra breakfast box for us to go to Abu Simbel. The room was beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Everything was clean. Momen was extremely helpful to show us around, as we came a little unprepared to aswan. He answered all our questions very patiently and organized us transport to Luxor.

The hotel is in a privileged location, with stunning views of the Nile and direct access down a set of stairs. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful, perfect to relax. The room was excellent: spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated. Asmaa, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She also cooks wonderfully – if you’re lucky enough to try her traditional homemade food, you’ll truly enjoy it. The breakfasts were fantastic too, and one morning she even prepared a takeaway breakfast for our excursion. I absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again

Nubiano Cataract is a great authentic hotel in Nubian Style. I loved the colorful walls and the room was charming with a beautiful view over the Nile River. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff was very friendly and correct. I slept like a baby at night. I felt at home and happy. The location is close to Philae Island, it was perfect for me!

Location of the hotel is easy to find by car, and it’s closer to the port for boats to go to Philae Island temple and other attractions. Politeness of the staff specially the manager Hilmi was great, a man with full of wisdom, Etiquettes and helpfulness.

Very nice Hotel by the river Nile! Christina was super and gave us an open heart welcome. The concierge Mostafa, was really helpful with all the tours that we wanted to arrange, he was really welcoming and offered an amazing hot hibiscus tea at his own store.

An amazing hotel next to the river. The room was clean and tidy. We had the number 1 room for 3 people . It was a big room with 3 windows with an amazing view (the front rooms have also a small balcony to sit outside) The breakfast was nice and the owner also suggested if one day had to leave early to prepare our breakfast for take away.

That was absolutely wonderful stay. Staff was so humble and always attentive. Hisham is a gem of a person, always kind and he is always there for any assistance needed. He looked after entire hotel & guests, really such a wonderful human. Room was good, bathroom was nice with super pressure of water. I strongly recommend to everyone
