Everyone was really nice and helpful! I spontaneously decided to arrive one day later, which was no problem for them, Christeen changed the dates with no additional charge. Christeen also made sure that my stay was perfect, every single day and they gave me water bottles everyday which was really important to me! Breakfast was really good, they have enough vegetarian options in case you‘re wondering The room was nice and so was the pool

Excellent food - everything is made fresh from the ingerndients grown at the garden which you can actually go and pick your fresh prodduce from. I definitely had the best breakfast in Egypt over here, and I've been around Egypt. Everything down to the bread was made from the fresh produce. The location is gorgeous, a little island just before the beginning of the city before it gets busy with other buildings and structures - this makes you feel like you're actually somewhere remote and serene. The host, what an excellent mind and vibe, really makes you feel welcome and like home. The design of the rooms, the shared spaces, everything was well thought out and made with purpose.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location is ideal, close to everything you need to fully enjoy the area. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities are modern and impeccably maintained, providing maximum comfort. The food was simply outstanding—every meal was a true delight. A special thanks to Samir, the hotel’s director, for his professionalism, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. The property could not have had a more beautiful view, the whole place was exceptionally clean, the rooms extremely comfortable and the food delicious. The photos really do not do the place justice - located on the peaceful Sahel island and overlooking the nature reserve, there is no place I would rather stay in Aswan! On top of that, Omar went above and beyond to look after us during our stay which was very much appreciated! Including an amazing boat tour around Aswan and a packed up breakfast for our super early morning transfer - couldn’t have asked for anything more! Thank you!!
