At first, I want to thank Noursin and Ahmed Khalid at the restaurant for their always smiling faces and perfect service. They were great. The breakfast was pretty enough, could have had a little more options. Beach was fabulous.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay. The hotel was luxurious, and the staff were very pleasant and always helpful. For me the location was perfect - it’s central and in good proximity to many attractions. Despite that, the premise is relatively quiet and calm. I definitely recommend this place for your stay in Alexandria.

It was an exceptional stay, we loved every detail, from the great building the decorations, and warm welcome. The staff’s genuine friendliness. The Grand Plaza Hotel is a perfect and very nice hotel. All employees are very helpfull and kind. The hotel and rooms are very clean. I liked also the breakfeast and dinner. The hotel is also a perfect place for families. My little son was happy there and he got a lot of positive attention and love from the employees. We really enjoyed our stay in the Grand Plaza Hotel and I definitely recommend it!
