From the moment I arrived, Essam and Mohammead made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Their warm personalities and genuine care for my comfort and needs truly enhanced my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable, from helpful tips on local attractions to promptly responding to any requests I had. Furthermore, I was impressed by the hotel's maintenance service. Any issues that arose during my stay were promptly addressed and fixed with efficiency, thanks to the quick action of the dedicated maintenance team. It was evident that the staff takes pride in maintaining the hotel to the highest standards, creating a truly comfortable and hassle-free environment for guests.

I loved everything, they all wete friendly The waiters , receptionist and everyone in the hotel was absolutely amazing. Abigail, made special designs with the towels everyday. The views was breathtaking. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. This was the Best.
