When I came back from my Cairo trip I spent another night at Le Meridien. This time I got an upgrade to a 5th floor room and adjacent executive lounge which was a lovely experience since the room was absolute perfect, huge and meticulously clean and the lounge with THE view, delicious food and a very nice waiter, I forgot his name, but the management will know. Le Meridien is perfectly located if you fly into Cairo late in the day or if you have to leave early in the morning. It's a 1- 2 minute walk to the airport. I would have liked to use the huge outside swimming pool, even if the water was luke warm and perfectly attended it was too cold and windy during my stay. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. After the frenzy of Cairo Le Meridien is an oasis I would always like to come back to.

It was very luxurious. With swimming pools and a nice breakfast. The metro station was not far from the hotel. Close to the airport as well and the staff were super nice and helpful answering all our questions.
