Everything was perfect it felt like a beautiful dream. Rooms were super clean, the pool and beach were spotless and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious and different every day! All the staff were kind and helpful, especially Moataz at the reception he was amazing and made us feel very welcome. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Boulos for his kindness and great service. Everything but especially the people, In particular Mahmoud Eldeeb from Reception, we met him last year in our previous holiday and he always makes us feel at home, he is super nice and professional at the same time! We also want to say that Said the chef is amazing, he cooked amazingly well always available for our request especially for our daughter. All the guys in the restaurants especially Gaia and Lucina restaurants made our holiday unforgettable, the reception team in the person of Said treated us 5 stars, we will be back for sure ❤️

We had an incredible week at this hotel in Hurghada! From the moment we arrived, Ahmed at reception made us feel so welcome—he was unbelievably kind and helpful throughout our stay. The Amaraya restaurant team deserves a huge shout-out! The food was absolutely unreal, with something for every taste, and the cleanliness was on another level. Every meal was a pleasure, thanks to their hard work and attention to detail. One of the biggest highlights was how spotless the entire hotel was. I have never seen such a clean hotel before—huge respect to the cleaning teams for keeping everything in perfect condition! There’s always something to do here, with tons of activities to keep you entertained. But if you’re looking for relaxation, there are plenty of pools and snack bars where you can unwind in peace. A big thank you to the hotel manager for an amazing experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I liked the elegance of the hotel. The small details in customer care, such as fresh water on the beach and towels to cool off on the beach. The entire hotel was well maintained and luxurious. I enjoyed all the comforts of the beach and not having to worry about beach towels, as they were always available. I also liked having fruit available in your room. As a suggestion: have an entertainment team with distractions and party themes. After all, some people like that. The offer available does not match the grandeur of the hotel.
