We had all-inclusive package. I liked variety of food, beverages, free mini bar and free laundry 😀 Staff works a lot, they are kind and professional. I found this resort via booking.com. It was the high score 9.6 and beautiful photos of architecture and interior that convinced me. At the spot it was even more breathtaking!

The hotel is great! the room was amazing and the hotel facilities were also great. we had so much fun and really enjoyed the beach. We have been to quite a few countries and I won’t be exaggerating when I say this is by far our best hotel experience. The staff is what makes this place exceptional, their passion & attention to details are like no other. From Mr Ahmed the hotel manager to restaurants and room service staff, everyone is smiling and welcoming all the time! Mr Ahmed the manager is very professional & helpful. He was always available whenever we needed to make changes to our booking. Staff in main restaurant offered a top notch customer service, each time we walked into the restaurant, kids were greeted and offered special drinks. Also, I was amazed by how clean everything & everywhere was. Will definitely come back next time we visit Egypt. Top highlights: - Friendly Staff - Aqua park was loads of fun for adults & kids - Drinking water bottles available for free - Coffee 👌🏼💯 - Greenery - Nice beach - Well maintained facilities

It was a most beautiful resort in the red sea. It was a second time visit here. My families told me that it is like a dream. The staffs was so friendly, kind and professional. I asked them for birthday cake of one of my family. They prepared a great dinner table and lovely small cake and congratulations songs. It was so impressive experience of my life. Thank you enough for you staff's all efforts. Every morning open my eyes, I could see a beautiful view and restaurants was great also. Main restaurant's food was perfect and Sand restaurant was also immaculate. They served us sufficient all I wanted. Especially my mather felt happy here. she told me she came the place like a heaven. If I have a chance to come here again, I'll do. Thank you so much while the days I stayed.

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,...

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh air (during pandemic). Many hotels were closed and only few stayed opened. Yet they were still quite empty. Snorkeling was perfect, weather a but windy (normal In February), stuff in the hotel was happy and wearing masks and gloves. We went to Port Ghalib for a coffee but also most of the places were closed due to covid.

The city itself is one big construction site.

The city itself is one big construction site. There's no point in going there just for diving; there's no point in doing anything else. The underwater world is simply stunning, with coral flora and fauna practically untouched by civilization. In 10 years, everything will be ruined. Abu Dabab, Marska Mubarak, and Sharm El Luli Bays are a must-see. The best offshore reefs are at Satayya and near Hamata Island.
