I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel in Egypt, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service and overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel truly valued as a guest. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. Every area, from the guest rooms to the public spaces, was maintained to the highest standard, which greatly contributed to the comfort and enjoyment of my stay. The bay was beautiful, we saw many turtles and dugongs. The Beach Boys were very kind especially Oscar Horus🤩 The hotel is very good and clean … breakfast was little bit poor!

We loved overall conception of the hotel - everything was convenietly close. Our room had beautiful seaview. Service manager Mr. Mohamed Hassan cared about us from the very first day and ensured we have everything. My 5y daughter loved very much Miss Leli from kids club and enjoyed their time together.

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,...

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

    It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh air (during pandemic). Many hotels were closed and only few stayed opened. Yet they were still quite empty. Snorkeling was perfect, weather a but windy (normal In February), stuff in the hotel was happy and wearing masks and gloves. We went to Port Ghalib for a coffee but also most of the places were closed due to covid.
