I am gladly to share my great experience regarding the great, amazing and lovely service, specially from mr. Shadi and mr. Shaher who are always smiling and roping with pleasure, and who make a great vibe at the hotel. As well as thanks to the chefs for tasty food: chefs Mahmoud and Nabel. One of the most wonderful resorts I have ever stayed in. Clean luxurious fantastic royal place. All staff are wonderful and food is very wonderful and much. The buildings are like presidential palaces. All things are available exceeded our expectations. Mr. Shereen, Mohab, Mohamed, Seif and all the staff are very helpful and respectful characters. If I recommend, I recommend this place to stay in in all seasons. All the best.
