The hotel is very nice, spacious, big and luxurious. There is a lot of greenery, well-kept grass and even peacocks. At night it is very nicely illuminated. I recommend it to everyone. I always choose hotels from the Pickalbatros company. The service is very nice and helpful. Mr Asharf Mahmoud took care of us from the very beginning when we arrived at the hotel. He helped us every day. The room we were assigned to was big, nice, modern and clean. The gentleman cleaning the room (Abdullah Salah) left us a nice surprise every day - nicely arranged towels and flowers. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and varied, everyday there was a barbecue. I really liked the pools there- some are for children, some for adults. The main pool is very big with a nice jacuzzi.There are a lot of sunbeds to choose from. We had the opportunity to use the a'la carte restaurants - Italian, Asian and Turkish. The food was very tasty and nicely served. I recommend Asian and Turkish cuisine the most. During the day there were a lot of animations. I liked the evening shows the most, during which you could drink a tasty drink served right at your table. Big thanks to the waiter Mohamed Fathy who served us during meals and the show. Definitely we will visit again this hotel ☺️.

I am gladly to share my great experience regarding the great, amazing and lovely service, specially from mr. Shadi and mr. Shaher who are always smiling and roping with pleasure, and who make a great vibe at the hotel. As well as thanks to the chefs for tasty food: chefs Mahmoud and Nabel. The staff were the best asset. I was welcomed like royalty at reception and Mr Mina, the manager, was really kind and helpful. The waiters at Royal restaurant were amazing! Always smiley and attentive to every detail. I would like to thank the bartenders Kareem and Ibre. The massage service was really good. I really enjoyed the massage station on the beach ( Sultana, Yasmina and Dalia took good care of me). The food was fresh, good quality and plentiful. The gardens were beautiful, so many flowers and birds. Mohammed from housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and tidy, he always asked me if everything was ok . Thank you!
