⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – An Exceptional Stay at Seven Stays Hotel! I recently spent two weeks at Seven Stays Hotel in the Sheikh Zayed area of Cairo, and as it was my first time in Cairo, I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—close to the top malls, the Pyramids, and the Grand Egyptian Museum. But what truly made my stay outstanding was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. From day one, every member of the team made me feel welcome and well looked after. Their warmth and genuine care really stood out, turning my stay into something memorable. A special shout-out to Saied Ali Hamed, who was the absolute best. His professionalism, kindness, and constant willingness to help made a huge difference. Whether I needed recommendations, assistance, or just a friendly face, he was always there and always exceptional. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with plenty of options to choose from. While my stomach didn’t always agree—likely just me adjusting as someone coming from the UK—I still appreciated the selection and the effort the hotel put into it. Overall, I can’t recommend Seven Stays Hotel enough. The location and facilities are great, but it’s the wonderful staff who truly make this place special. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Cairo!

This villa is amazing. If anyone says any different, they're lying! Hazem the manager is so so sweet and helpful. Anything I ask for he will do his very best to accommodate and he goes above and beyond. I was only supposed to be here for 2 nights but I extended by another 7 days. The last 5 nights I've come back to Boulavard as it feels like home. They have mango, guava, lime, apple, pear trees in the garden. The swimming pool is a nice size which you can go in 24/7. A late night dip in this heat is gorgeous. We are right next to American plaza and Spain plaza. 5 mins drive away 10 mins walk. This is a great location right in the heart of sheikh zayed. 10 mins from capital business park and within 10 to 12 mins to most of the new malls. The villa itself is massive and most of the time theres no more than 3 residents including me and everyone is so nice and respectful.

Wide range of stays and the traffic is OK.A quieter, more relaxed environment compared to central Cairo: less dense traffic (depending on where you live), more green space, more “suburban” feel Sheikh Zayed is a strong choice if you’re seeking modern comfortable living rather than the hustle and historic fabric of central Cairo. It trades a bit of city‑buzz for space, calm and better amenities. If you’re okay with the commute (or your daily needs are local) then it’s a strong pick. it just lacks the cultural real egyptian spirit. Arkan is always my spot

It’s clean, well-organized, and surprisingly green, with just the right mix of modern infrastructure and breathing room. The proximity to Smart Village made work logistics simple, and having reliable coffee spots and quiet corners for sketching was a welcome bonus. If you value order without chaos, this place delivers.

Sheikh Zayed is a place of Malls and high life. it is easy for taking walks. There are open spaces. Buildings look beautiful, solid and sturdy. Quality of life is good. However, one needs a car to live in Sheikh Zayed, unless they work nearby. Unlike much of Cairo, Sheikh Zayed in general does not have ubiquitous street shops, street food and supermarkets.

Very convenient for families who need a place to stay in Zayed. The location is superB. you are in the center of Zayed with access to all the shops, friends and family and 20 min way from the pyramids of Giza.
