Mainly the hospitality which was so welcoming and thoughtful. The rooms are beautifully done and the breakfast prepared personally by the owners and served in the shared space was outstanding. We decided last minute to find a location outside of the bigger towns on our way from Madrid to Alicante and picked Alarcon. Wow! We booked a Superior Room which was in the tower section, it was on the small side but understandable due to its location. The breakfast which was included was excellent with lots of choice. We also really enjoyed that we could use the kitchen and have breakfast calmly every morning. The owner was very helpful and very friendly.
