Amazing views day and night, the villa is perfectly located on a hill. The pool with a waterfall and jacuzzi is perfect. The owner, at our request, bought some sunbeds and now there are 6 of them in total. The villa is well equipped. Very clean. In total, 5 bathrooms. Air conditioning in the living room too weak. Apparently it will be replaced. For us it was not a problem, it was great.The downstairs is not connected to the upstairs. It has a separate entrance by the pool.I highly recommend it. This is a unique place.

The villa was perfect. So quiet and relaxing. Nick and Emilyana were amazing hosts. You wouldn't know they were there. The villa had everything we could need including snorkels, beach bat and balls, beach chairs, etc.

Fabulous place with spectacular open sea view. Surrounded be beautiful garden with nice, big enough pool, with sunbeds, big table for breakfast and cozy places where you can enjoy privacy. The room was very nice with confortable bed and soft linen with 3 pillows for each. Nice, big and very clean bathroom. There was a direct access to a big terrace with sunbeds. Again we could enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and Calpe. The owner did a fantactic job to creat such a place.

I liked the location very much and cleanliness of the house, pool and gardens. There are plenty of places where we could eat within a 15 minutes drive and for any other shopping needs there is an ALDI only 4 minutes down the road. Unfortunately, without a car, you'll struggle to move around. You could obviously call a taxi/uber and order home delivery food, but the location is not quite within walking distance from beach or other facilities, and with it being on top of the hill, even if you walk down, the walking back up can be quite exhausting.

A wonderful Spanish town. Not to touristy.

A wonderful Spanish town. Not to touristy. The people (who we met) were wonderful and welcoming, from shop owners and workers to the cafe and Restaurant people. One local man, when we were lost, took us 8 miles, out of his way to an office that we had to get to. Thank you who ever you are. We were welcomed into a fiesta and had a wonderful time. Don't just stick to in town, the countryside around Benissa is beautiful working countryside. Thank you Benissa.

safe, welcoming spanish village.

safe, welcoming spanish village. All amenities that you could wish for. Free busses to the beach and municipal swimming pools. lots of play areas for young children. 10 mins from calpe and 10 mins from moraira both have beautiful golden sandy beaches and as many restaurants as you can ever imagine. we stayed in august and hate the hustle and bustle of tourists so to stay in the village and just dip in and out of the major towns around us was the perfect balance.

We really enjoyed our stay in Benissa.

We really enjoyed our stay in Benissa. The coastal portion is a quiet retreat; it is 3 minute walk from Algi market a very nice supermarket with all essentials, great wine choice and fresh meat counter. Also near by (2-3 min walk via front costal path with some stairs) is Madala beach club which is stunning and very tasty restaurant and Beachclub La Fustera, also a very nice smart casual lunch restaurant. Moraira is 15 minute drive north along coast and Calpe is ten minute drive south along coast. We did not hire a car; it would be useful to have done so and there is a big drive way at the house for free parking. The roads are good quality with good views.

Staying in Fustera was great as we were out of Calpe, so it was quieter. WE could drive into Calpe in ten minutes though. We were walking distance away from restaurants and bars, as well as a supermarket, beach and dive centre.

Benissa and the surrounding area is very hard to beat. The beaches,the mountains, the people are fantastic. There are wonderful restaurants for all price ranges,you are spoilt for choice.we liked Calpe to walk the beach,if you are feeling fit then you can climb the rock Penon de ifs head, which we have done, the view is amazing and well worth th effort. They do say that the area is the most healthy on the planet,and we would have to agree.and if you plan your holiday well you can enjoy the festivals which are unbelievable,especially Moraria.

What absolutely amazed us was the dinner and breakfast. Dinner was a bit expensive but worth its price. Regarding the breakfast- it made us so full that we have skipped lunch that day. It is also important to mention the service- an extremely lovely woman who welcomed us at the hotel and took care of everything during our stay.

But, if I need to say one thing, why should you choose this place would be because Anita, the hostess, and the owner of the place, was very kind and warm from the first time.
