We had a truly wonderful stay! Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we felt at home. I loved every minute at Mondragon Hotela. The entire hotel was recently renovated and it shows, with a clean and beautiful atmosphere. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. We needed to arrive a bit after 23h, we called explaining the situation, and they kindly waited for us. They even requested our IDs via email to start the check-in process, so we just had to get there and receive the room kees. Thank you Virginia for all your help!

    We stayed in Elorrio by chance and were blown away by the beautiful town. The location is very convenient, only a short walk to the square with restaurants serving good pintxos. Rooms were comfortable and the hosts were very friendly.

    Good value hotel just under an hour from Bilbao ferry port, so ideal as a final stay. Wonderful that reception let us use their car park for our 6 motorcycles. Good shower.
