Location was great! Only a couple of blocks away from the train and metro station, so you are well connected. It is also right besides a convenience store and a McDonalds. The room was nice and clean, and quite affordable.

    Wonderful place to be.

    Wonderful place to be. Residents there are friendly and helpful. A stranger came to my rescue when I ran out of Wi-Fi connection. He called a taxi for me using his mobile and asked the taxi driver to drive me from Elcatar Metro Station to my hotel room at Hotel Los Angeles

    It was a clean and beautiful hotel/room however, the location was not good. We had to walk a long distance (more than 20 minutes) to reach to train station to go to Madrid. So, location wise I never recommend this hotel but for those who have private car and want to be far from city vibe and just relax, it is an appropriate place. The breakfast was also good. I did not like the staff behavior.

    It’s clean with a great shower.

    It’s clean with a great shower. Only book if you are happy to shower in front of everyone though. Hair dryers and iron can be borrowed from reception. Vending machines in reception for snacks/water. Reception are happy to book taxi for you.

    The hotel was clean and modern throughout.

    The hotel was clean and modern throughout. A great night stop hotel as we were traveling from France to Malaga. The continental breakfast was well worth the extra €10. One thing to note the rooms were a bit stuffy as the A/C didn’t seem to work properly. Couldn’t get it colder than about 21 degrees.

    Very Small Rooms No ventilation in November to April, Only heating is available as an option, irrespective of weather outside Very Very Small bathroom Definitely not worth the price Breakfast is less than minimal. even eggs were not available and bread was stale

    Generally good.

    Generally good. Just a place to visit for business porpuses. Eating at La Verbena was good, but at Asador Errazki was much better. My only complain: the toilet maintenance... not so clean and very old. They should renew them (men and women's ones) and have someone to keep them clean.

    WiFi was very fast. Poor channel selection; not very international. It was mostly Spanish channels, only 3 English news channels and a few ones in French and German. The staff were incredible! Perhaps one of the best service(s) I have ever experienced at a hotel. From PATRICIA to CRISTINA GÓMEZ to MÓNICA SÁNCHEZ; all were absolutely phenomenal! Extremely efficient, helpful and professional! Top marks for service @ B&B Hotel, Getafe! 👏🏼

    Nice budget hotel. Taxi from here to Getafe Central (Cercanías) is about €15, so it is not too expensive. People working in the hotel are really friendly and ready to help. You can buy coffee if you don’t want any breakfast, but there is a buffet. Also, there is a vending machine with sandwiches and snacks, also useful because there are no shops near that are accessible by foot.

    The hotel was super clean and modern!! I was surprised at how nice the room was. Reminded me of something I would have stayed at in North America. Breakfast options were good and someone was at the front desk 24/7 to assist with any needs. Taking the Cercania into the center of Madrid was super easy and convenient. The hotel was a 6 minute walk to the station.

    We love the location of the hotel as it is right next to the shopping and entertainment complex. Its was our 2nd visit as we were travelling from the south to the north of Spain. The hotel is just off the motorway. It is everything you need for an overnight stay.
