Everything! The buffet breakfast and dinners were great, with loads of choices and variety. The staff were wonderful as they were patient and understanding. The sea views and hot tub were perfect, and it was really easy to get to Illetas Beach and to get a bus to Palma as the bus stop is outside the hotel. The facilities nearby also enhanced our stay.

A professionally managed hotel. Many restaurants around with a supermarket nearby. The city centre, where the train station and bus terminal are, is within walking distance. The decors is nice and the buffet breakfast is delicious. The room is very quiet and the staff at the reception are very well-trained and served clients well.

    Illestas is a good location. It’s quiet and very pretty.

    Illestas is a good location. It’s quiet and very pretty. There are a few restaurants around although they are expensive but you can hop on a bus along to Cala Major or even straight into the heart of Palma for a better range of food and prices. I really liked it for a family holiday. Thee are lots of lovely little coves with pretty beaches and they have fab beach bars and restaurants.

    Clean, tidy hotel. Good Reception staff. Our superior room was a good size with a balcony. Comfy bed. Good wifi everywhere. Excellent selection at the breakfast buffet. Slightly odd arrangement of the washbasin/sink above the mini-fridge. Nice looking pool, though we were too early in the season to be tempted by it. The whole place felt calm and well-managed. Buses to Palma city centre from right outside the hotel (€2 pp) A couple of restaurants withn a few minutes walk. Convenience store next door and other small shops and a pharmacy just a few minutes walk away. Really nothing not to like about this hotel.

    Good secluded beach with nice restaurants surrounding it...

    Good secluded beach with nice restaurants surrounding it however if you want a sunbed, you need to book in advance otherwise you have to lie on the VERY crowded beach area And find a space is near the Difficult. Don’t waste money picking into Puro beach because it doesn’t really offer anything other than a sunbed & lunch table, which you can book independently.

    Illetas is a picturesque little beach town.

    Illetas is a picturesque little beach town. The hotel is situated on the rocky cliffs and the views are unbeatable. We walked down the hill to do some souvenir shopping and get ice cream. I would definitely return and stay longer next time.

    Lovely room with great sea view.

    Lovely room with great sea view. Helpful staff, Great choice at breakfast. Frequent buses to Palma with bus stop 50 yards down the road and buses to Magaluf and Palma Nova down the road. Would recommend for quiet relaxing holiday.

    Located in a quiet area it may not be suitable for young couples but certainly ok for our generation. Good public transport for accessing Palma. Bus stop is only 1 minute away and services run every 12 minutes cost is 2€. Slightly hilly for anyone with difficulty walking. A couple of local shops for extra snacks and water. Terrific views. Very clean and the staff were excellent always polite and helpful.

    Great location - Illetas is a lovely area close to the beach and a really good climbing area. The property has everything we needed. Good quality furnishings and cooking equipment. Lovely balcony which catches the sun all morning. Really comfortable bed. Good shower. Good air con and tv. The host is lovely and very helpful with good communication throughout our stay. The apartment complex is super clean and everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend Estudios Baha.

    Great hotel. Very clean, comfortable, well arranged. Beds were very comfortable, proper water pressure in the shower. Balconies are nicely arranged and have a good sea view All facilities were fully functional. Pool was very clean, and there were plenty of sun beds. The location is great, close to local restaurants, markets, and a bus stop to go to Palma. Staff were lovely, too

    The location of the hotel is superb with his access to a secluded beach. The staff at the hotel without exception were all excellent. The breakfast was exemplary and the evening dining was equally high quality. Given the size of the hotel with over 140 100 rooms, it really did have a small private hotel feel about it. Definitely would plan on coming back.

    Diverse and good breakfast, clean rooms, the staff who maintain rooms and the staff at breakfast very courteous, excellent location, bus station with frequent bus lines to Palma in front of the hotel, decent tennis courts and a pool, the hotel surroundings are well maintained, excellent view from the balcony, free public parking lot nearby.

    Lots of stairs and a disjointed hotel but quaint and lovely and interesting. Great Breakfast - Fab Cocktails! Crowded around the pool - could do with Parasols on the Solarium but we loved it. Great location - Bus Stop for Cala Major and Palma right outside. Highly recommend. Thank you
