Amazing hotel that totally exceeded my expectations. its perfect for a relaxing getaway. rooms and facilities are very clean, staff is extremely helpful and reactive, there are 2 pools that allows for all guests to have their own privacy and space, its not crowded nor busy. there are some special offers like transfers to beach, picnic box, happy hour and tasting menu, which give additional touch to your stay. overall, the service, staff and location are really amazing. my highest recommendations.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. The afternoon snacks and complementary wine, beer and soft drinks was unexpected but appreciated. Location was good, close to the shopping precinct. The rooftop pool was good, especially for an urban hotel. The common areas were excellent, especially if you are a solo traveller or travelling for work.

Every staff from the hotel was absolutely wonderful! My parents (seniors) were so happy with the choice to stay here. I had been communicating with the hotel days before arrival to help arrange my parents visit, and the hotel's manager and staff were so helpful. We asked and were recommended a tour guide by the hotel, and she was also wonderful and professional. Breakfast, location, service, quality, everything has exceeded our expectation. Fantastic boutique hotel set in an Mahon 3 storey townhouse with perfect location in Mahon. The owner has created a very individual, arty and homely place where you feel so much at home. Organic breakfast was great and free amendments available all day such as coffee, tea, fruits and cake. The owner is very welcoming and so helpful, gaves us a lot of great advice on resturants, beaches, walks and interesting history to visit. This place is highly recommended!

    Mahon is quite a small town perched on top of the cliff with attractive roads and footpaths down to the waterside. The historic centre has good shops and restaurants and the restaurant along the waterside are numerous and very good. A quick boat ride to the little island in the harbour - Illa del Rei - is definitely worth it for lunch

    Mahon is a lovely island and the people are lovely and very friendly and helpful. The town is full of streets going off in different directions for travellers to explore. It is a very pretty town with lots of different shops to enjoy and buy lovely items to bring back to family and friends.

    we may have been out of season, but all along the harbour...

    we may have been out of season, but all along the harbour there were plenty of shops and restaurants, that never seemed to open or would only open for a few hours and then shut for the rest of the week. we should have gone to Es Castell, nice little harbour. Town is a lovely walk along the harbour and then take the lift up otherwise its a long hike up the steps or slopes. Town is limited in things to do. the markets are nice and interesting, for a bit, and you can only drink so much coffee, beer or Gin! you could complete in a day. the bus station is good and easy to use once you find it!

    Very unfriendly staff (except for some exceptions , for example receptionist and Italian barmaid very nice). The rest were kind of aggressive and unhelpful. Especially in the Spa ! If (like me) you chose this property for the spa... Don`t go! Either you won`t be able to access it or you will be left out in the cold with your young daughter , like it happened to me. Youi pay even the air you breath , nothing is complementary. I really did not have a good time.

    It was so easy to get around buses on the door step to take you to the shopping centre and coffee houses, also road train with a lot of information as you went along. Oldy worldly place very interesting, also the harbour area great

    Staff are very kind and amazing and nothing was too much for them. The breakast is worth every penny; for us it was amazing and definitely sets you up for the day. Location for us was excellent and was a great base for us to experience and enjoy Mahon. The hotel on a whole is lovely and has a great vibe to it.
