Residencia Demar exceeded all my expectations. Everything was perfect: it was so clean and cozy, the room was very cozy with plenty of storage space, and the bed was very comfortable, the common areas were very cozy, and the kitchen was excellent, the location was close to my work destination, and the staff was really friendly. The laundry facilities were also a plus. Overall, great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

The whole concept of the hotel having indoor plants, very nice looking graffitis, a somewhat cheap but really good breakfast, the daily cleaning of the rooms are some of the things that left me almost speechless since the hotel looks like nothing special on the outside but hides a diamond inside!!

An immaculately clean small hotel located on a quiet road in Paterna, which was ideally located for our attendance at the Valencia MotoGP. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms serviced daily if required (towels and sheeets changed - room cleaned). No meal options but that didn't bother us. "Heron City" is just a short walk away providing a number of eating and entertainment options. The en-suite bathroom is small and basic but there is plenty of hot water and the shower works very well. There is a pleasant "sitting out" communal area with lighting for a late evening. Also a swimming pool which is open in the summer months. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

The hotel is in a great location in the historic center. The building is wonderful, all amenities are there. The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for two. If you are looking for a good location and a clean and beautiful place, definitely choose this.
