The apartment was exceptionally clean & spacious, comfy beds and in the centre of the village. Although we didn’t use them as our stay was only overnight & quite rushed, the host left essentials i.e. coffee, milk & a few slices of bread etc which would have been really useful. Communication was excellent. Check in was excellent. Parking was easy. All in all, it couldn’t have been any better.

This is one of the best holiday apartments we have ever stayed in. Its very well appointed and we loved our stay here. We saw that each apartment could sleep 4 people, but we did not get this impression when we booked, so we booked for 2 rooms! Nevertheless, it was still good value, a single apartment for 4 people would make it FANTASTIC value! The self check-in was very easy and were able to access our rooms very efficiently.

We had a wonderful stay in the house. The view from the garden and the rooms is truly amazing. The house was clean and well prepared for us. There are plenty of leisure areas, both inside the house and in the garden, making it perfect for a large group. The property was clean and had enough space to park two cars. We especially enjoyed spending time outdoors, whether eating together or simply relaxing under the beautiful lemon tree. Hiking trails start directly from the house. The nearest beach is rocky, so we explored beaches in Mutriku and further away. Mutriku itself is within walking distance, though the path can be quite demanding due to the elevation. The surrounding towns are also picturesque. All in all, this is a great base for exploring the Basque Country.

it is located in a valley, beautiful view, lovely air. the staff is very helpful even though I don’t speak any Spanish, the receptionist still tried to help me with my luggage transporting problem. it is clean and spacious, very nice surroundings.

Mendi Azpi Rooms are close to the centre of Mutriku, everything you need is in short walking distance. From the room you can step directly into a nice garden which is right by the road but that is no prob as it does not disturb at all. The room itself was fantastic, very comfy and immaculate. Sleeping quality was excellent. You can use a small coffee maker and a microwave (in which you can prepare yourself a delicious ready-made tortilla, bought from one of the shops in town).

Very welcoming and attentive Owner and Staff! The room was awesome, with a great view of the Coast and Sea! The beds are very comfortable and the room size was great for the price! Internet was easy to access and the speed was up standard! Private parking was available and gave one a sense of security! The breakfast was amazing, a great variety of fresh fruits and homemade pastries! We really enjoyed the stay and will definitely recommend this lovely Hotel.

Although not directly on the Camino it is well worth leaving Deba behind and go on to Mutriku, the village is stunningly situated on the rocks overlooking the sea. Rin Rooms are close to the road and next door to the supermarket, which is very convenient! The automatic chekinn worked perfectly well, but I hate it nevertheless, because it is so unhuman and unpersonal. There are several bars and restaurants so diner is not a problem.

We really liked the family room with the double aspect balconies. The views of the sea, the position of the house close to lovely walks and easy access to Deba and Mutriku on the coastal pathway. The host made us and our little dog very welcome and we will definitely come back again.
