loved the fact that parking was not a problem and that the hotel was in a perfect location and it had clean and spacious rooms and showers, very comfortable bed and staff were also lovely. Breakfast was also great

    No doubt the location was a bit far in the Northern part of...

    No doubt the location was a bit far in the Northern part of the island, and away from the beach clubs and nightspots, as well as the island's best restaurants -- but it is a lovely place to come back to and chill, and perfect for a romantic getaway. Top marks: The view from the swimming pools. Spa. Well-trained and service-oriented staff. Well-designed rooms and common areas. Very well-maintained. Lesser marks: Breakfast was a bit disappointing -- a bit limited and could have been more tasty, the hollandaise sauce for the eggs benedict did not taste like it should. Eden has probably one of the best views on the island, and is the perfect location for a romantic dinner and sunset, but the food was mediocre.

    Booked the hacienda has a special 2 night treat at the beginning of our holidays. Simply amazing, probably the most beautiful hotel i've stayed in. Expensive but worth every penny. The friendly staff, the views, the rooms, facilities, especially the pools are perfect. Hard to choose a highlight but think its the quality of the food!! Breakfast, poolside snacks and the Evening meal at Eden are all incredible. Thankyou Hacienda & see you again soon

    Superb tranquil location , worth getting a car to get around but hotel scenery and views are stunning Hotel colleagues always helpful and overall service excellent, with great restaurant and spa. You won’t be disappointed in choosing

    The wonderful view, the amenities, the employees were ALL so friendly. This is not your typical clubbing hotel but a very nice secluded private five star hotel, just what we were looking for.
