A beautiful location overlooking the bay. The hotel is charming and I loved the decor. Great restaurant in the gardens and a covered restaurant downstairs. Food was fabulous and the crowd was delightful. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and accommodating. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and service.

First off, the hotel lobby is beautiful! Sitting by the pool was also lovely, and the staff were fantastic. I had some unexpected business that came up, and they were able to print some documents for me without a problem. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had a bathtub and shower which was appreciated. The room was cleaned dutifully daily, and the bed was very comfortable. The 10 minute walk to transit in the morning was beautiful and felt safe, and the nearby shops were great for purchasing our own breakfast foods (hotel breakfast looked costly). We wanted to spend most of our time in Bilbao, and we did not feel like we missed out by staying in Barakaldo thanks to the metro proximity.

    Some of staff of the reception were very friendly other had difficulties far communication. But overall was good. The restaurant and the bar of the hotel offers very delicious food and beverage. If you’re by rental car then it’s fine for the location. The room was very accurate and clean and you get daily service if you wish. Would be nice to get a boiler at least in the room.

    Lovely clean hotel with convenience shop next door . Out receptionist Iratxe R was very helpfull in receiving our luggage early in the morning and helping to arrange the luggage being sent on to Urialdes the following morning at short notice . Made our Camino that much more enjoyable.
