An immaculately clean small hotel located on a quiet road in Paterna, which was ideally located for our attendance at the Valencia MotoGP. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms serviced daily if required (towels and sheeets changed - room cleaned). No meal options but that didn't bother us. "Heron City" is just a short walk away providing a number of eating and entertainment options. The en-suite bathroom is small and basic but there is plenty of hot water and the shower works very well. There is a pleasant "sitting out" communal area with lighting for a late evening. Also a swimming pool which is open in the summer months. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

The room size was bigger than expected which was great. We loved the separation of the bath and the bedroom. Great breakfast with a selection of food, both hot and cold. Close to the airport as well and about 15 minutes away from the city centre. Will definitely book again the next time I am in Valencia. The staff were always friendly whenever we had questions or requests.

Location just off motorway but quite with free parking and electric car charging bays. With breakfast included in price this has to be be one of the best value for money hotels we have stayed in on our way through France and Spain. Rooms are on par with UK Premier Inn and would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great Hotel for an overnight going to or coming south from Barcelona. It's a four hour drive from Barcelona, which is long enough of a drive for me. I have stayed on several hotels in the area, and this I feel is the best. Big clean room, great air-conditioning, and by far the best restaurant in any of the hotels I have stayed in.

The apartment was very close to the metro line into Valencia. Our hostess gave us very useful information on where to get a metro card and how much it would cost. There was also a bus to Port Saplaya beach - it was a special summer bus and was the cost of a metro ride - it was a great option as the weather was very hot and humid. The apartment was well fitted out and felt very secure.

    I didn’t go around too far as the hotel area is quite away from main attractions. The area looks very much like an industrial state with many big businesses around. Probably the hotel would be handy for business travel with contacts nearby. For holidays and proper Valencia life, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel or area.

    A lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Paterna, Valencia. Lovely set-up. I was travelling with my 87 y/o mother and we had our own rooms for the two nights. A home away from home. It had everything we needed and only a short walk to the metro station in Zone A. Our host kindly gave us his private carpark to use as there were roadworks and limited parking at the time of our visit which we very much appreciated.

    We stayed one night in the hotel on our way to the north of Spain. The staff is very friendly (the person from the check in the evening and the person in the morning who served coffee in the bar) and the room is just what you need for one night : clean, a good bed and close to Heron city with several restaurants (300 meters on foot)

    The hotel appears to be new and well-maintained, featuring a lovely lobby area with ample space to enjoy a complimentary coffee from the refill station. The Wi-Fi was excellent for those who need to work while staying there. The room was good, and there isn't much else to add about it.
