We liked everything. Location was great (walking distance to the beach and shops/bars). Need to mention that the staff was so nice and did an excellent job - thank you. The restaurant definitely worth a visit. We didn't expect it to be so good so we went twice. The breakfast was also big with options and very tasty so don't miss it. The pool was not big but most of the times was empty so we enjoyed it very much. The room was very clean which was also much appreciated :) . We'd definitely recommend this hotel - excellent choice!

The holiday in this hotel was wonderful!!! Small, cosy, away from the road and noise. The rooms are small but not cramped, two people will be very comfortable.Clean water in the pool. The breakfasts were tasty but lacked variety. Staff were always friendly, all smiles and helpful if asked. There is a bus stop not far from the hotel. You can see the sea from the window. I really enjoyed my holiday here

The rooms are modern, clean and spacious with every day cleaning. Pool area and amenities were fantastic and relaxing. Also, there are mini golf, billiards, sauna, gym and tennis. All the staff were super helpful and the receptionist offered a junior suite at no extra cost - it was unexpected and very nice. Breakfast - buffet with a great selection (it was really good) and also we offered a dinner for extra cost 20 euros and it was fantastic, delicious and very variable.

We had a fantastic stay at ROC Oberoy – Adults Only. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the town center, and restaurants — very convenient. We took bus 102 from Palma and got off at La Romana stop (11161), just 3 minutes from the hotel. The staff welcomed us warmly, checked us in quickly, and even offered drinks. Before our trip, I messaged the hotel to ask about dinner timing, as we weren’t sure when we’d arrive. They responded fast: dinner is until 21:00, but if we were late, they could leave a cold meal — a thoughtful gesture. Our ground-floor room had a terrace with chairs, a garden view, and sun loungers. The mattress was perfect — not too firm or soft. There was a fridge, hairdryer, and TV. No kettle, but bar staff kindly provided hot water when needed. Our stay included breakfast and dinner (not all-inclusive). Juice and coffee were included at breakfast, but dinner drinks were extra — a bit unexpected. However, the dinner buffet was fantastic: cold cuts, salads, hot dishes like beef, chicken, sweet or baked potatoes, plus live-cooked options like burgers, paella, fish, and nuggets. About five dessert types and fresh fruit were also available. The hotel rents beach towels for a €10 deposit (refundable). The beach is 4 minutes away, and it was easy to return to the hotel instead of using the paid beach toilet — very handy. The staff truly went above and beyond. As our flight was early Monday (6:00 AM), we asked for a 3:40 AM transfer — they arranged it with no issues and even offered a cold breakfast to go. There’s also a massage room and a sauna for €15 — we’ll try that next time. We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is lovely, the staff are kind and attentive, and we’re already planning to return!
