It was bank holidays and there was no one at the recwption. The lady sent us a whatsapp message with the explanation of how to get the key with the pin code. It was really easy, and the lady who helped us on the phone was very nice!! She helped us to fix the issue of the room. The location is great, and I love walking to the little square with restaurants, bars, and local products shops. Parking is right outside of the hotel, which is perfect!

This was our favourite hotel of our northern Spain trip. We had an amazing view of the picos from our room and balcony. There was nothing nicer than sitting out on the terrace after a long day hiking, watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Pool was also excellent with jets for weary post hike legs.

The location is beautiful. The views and hikes you can do right from the hotel are excellent. We used the ceramic studio on a morning that it rained, was a great use of time. We had dinner both nights and it was fantastic. You received the menu in advanced and could choose between multiple options. The animals, adorable.

    The location of the hotel is perfect. You are directly on the cares road for hiking. On the opposite side of the road you have access to the funicular (22€ pP. two-way, we haven't used). The rooms are simple but clean. The people are nice and helpful. You can have breakfast but also dinner in the restaurant. We liked the coffee and can recommend the salads for dinner. We were lucky with the parking and could directly find a spot on the small parking lot. But parking on the road would be also fine there's not much of traffic.

    The location was superb, just below the start of the outstanding Ruta de Carres, in a winding valley with towering cliffs of limestone and the river rushing below. Ideal for exploring this amazing area. Room was simple and comfortable, a spacious hotel lounge with a restaurant, bar and outdoor activities shop. The star however was Manolo, the effervescent, warm and generous host for whom nothing was too much trouble.

    Close to The Cares Trail which we walked. A bright, cheerful, traditional hotel in the majestic Picos de Europa. Lovely, welcoming staff, hearty food and super clean, comfortable rooms. Incredible views out windows. Parking was a bonus. So happy.

    Very helpful staff. Good value meals during the day and in the evening. The room was cleaned every day. It is a hostal and not a hotel. What you get is clean good value rooms and food served by helpful staff
