Very clean and quiet place (it was the first day of the season, so it was only 4 of us pilgrims staying there). The host was super friendly and gave us a warm welcome. He gave us towels and let us use the washing and drying machines for free. The showers were hot and there were even lamps on the side of the beds. Definitely would book again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great location, brand new property, extremely clean, wonderful breakfast, amazing coffee. My mum and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights back in September She has reduced mobility but we had no problem at all moving around the hotel with the wheelchair. Her room was amazing, special mention to the WC completely adapted for people with special needs. This place is without any doubt the best hotel in the area. The best part is the wonderful staff ( I apologize for not remembering their names ) , they truly make this place special. We will be back for sure!!! Verónica

One of the best, if not the best place I stayed on the Camino. Quiet area amongst the trees. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Dinner was the perfect fuel after a 30km day. Alex gave me the best tips for travel post Camino and I enjoyed hearing the history of Abeiro da loba- special! Highly recommend walking a short 6km past Sobrado to spend the night here whilst doing the Norte, absolutely worth it!

    A visit to the monastery founded in 952 is a must! They were in the process of refurbishing it when we were there but it was still amazing to see. If you are Catholic, Mass with the monks in the upstairs chapel is very special.
