My compliments to the hardworking cafeteria/bar men. There is a great service on the L2; about 12 mins to the city centre from Urbinaga metro station that is closest to the hotel. Also, the Biskaibus no. A3136 from Abando Terminus in the city centre goes to nearby "La Naval" stop no.343. My room at the back has an interesting view. Modern building, big room, good shower, comfortable bed. Cafe in reception was useful as not a lot close by. This hotel is in an industrial area close to docks. Easy to find, walking distance from train station if not with luggage. Convenient for ferry port, this hotel suited me. Taxi fare to ferry was 33euro approximately.
