Beautiful village plentiful restaurants/bars/cafes. There are quaint shopping streets selling good quality local wares. The Church is a must to visit and the square so pretty. Wander in the back streets you won't be disappointed. Beautiful small town with some gorgeous shops and nice restaurants. We arrived by car on a Saturday market day and so could not get to our hotel due to road closures. Alot of the roads we were diverted into were tiny and not able to accomodate a large car so would not suggest arriving on Saturday unless in public transport or if you don't mind arriving after 4.30pm when the market is finished. Alot of restaurants and shops were also closed on the Sunday and we were told by the owners that this applied to Mondays as well in most cases so maybe some advance research would be advisable to maximise your stay. Lots of opportunity for walks and well signposted ( need good runners and preferably walking boots. Superb scenery. Has train station if you want to travel to eg Palma. Soller is a lovely town, easy to access from the airport and also a great spot for visiting other local areas. There were a number of fantastic walks surrounding the town. Charming town nestled in Mallorcian foothills, centred on a bustling square with friendly (not too expensive) restaurants, a great shopping street and on walking (hiking distance) of port of Soller and equally charming little villages. Whilst there is no reception, communication from the owner was excellent on how to access the property. We stayed in Room 9 on the second floor which had a window onto the little street. It wasn't a huge room but it was lovely and clean with everything we needed. The bathroom had a sliding opaque glass door for privacy. The free WiFi was good.
