The breakfast was very good, you could request more than just a continental breakfast. The owners were very pleasant and helpful, in fact you were made to feel like one of the family. We ate lunch and dinner at the hotel, prepared by the owner which was delicious and of his suggestion. The hotel was off the beaten track, in the Spanish campo, it was beautifully gardened, the swimming pool and lounge area were perfect. This was a place to completely relax and unwind and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding scenery. A beautiful, tranquil hotel but having a perfect Spanish village nearby. The bedroom was spacious with a view of the terrace area and garden. The bathroom was huge with a big walk in shower and toiletries were supplied. I could not recommend this hotel and the owners more highly and would certainly return at a later date.

Literally everything! All our experience with Cases Noves were beyond perfect. Toni, facility manager/owner makes sure that you enjoy every moment there. The quality and satisfaction measures of Cases Noves are introduced as five star hotel standards indeed. More specifically, the breakfast was served distinctively. The interior design of Cases Noves is pretty exceptional and privately chosen/designed to relax you during your stay. For dinner, don't look for adventure and take risk! The partner restaurant offers very delicious options with local ingredients. The wine selection includes fine quality local and European options both (especially the selections from vicinity are highly recommended). Long story short is Cases Noves definitely deserves more than 10 out of 10...

    Tarbena is a small and quiet little town.

    Tarbena is a small and quiet little town. There were only a few bars and restaurants open at this time, but they were good. There’s a useful little supermarket. Ample car parking on the edge of the town. Great walks from the town, and it’s a Mecca for road cyclists in training, and probably some good off road mountain biking too.

    The local town is very traditional , agricultural high up in the mountains remember it is 4 or 5 deg colder than sea level ( Which in the summer is quite a relief ) The local bars are friendly especially "Can Pinet" family owned. The drive up is very panoramic and the Jalon valley is stunning. There are parking places with views out to Javea and the montgo.

    Lovely little place, however getting something to eat on a Weds evening was a problem. Of 8 restaurants not a single 1 was open after 6pm. We went to local supermarket and bought in food to cook which was fine as my husband likes to cook. Even the piscina was closed due to vacation, oh and the church! Next morning was quite bustling as market was on. Local tapas bar was great for breakfast, friendly locals and lovely village bakery
