Breakfast was OK. Room was good too. Only at lunch time the hotel is very busy. I felt safe and also it is a good place to make meetings. Location is very convenient especially if you have a late flight

The hotel was generally clean, very nice breakfasts, and friendly and professional staff! Hailemariyam at the gate was excellent! Hana was exceptionally extraordinary!! Hana, was frendly, and ready to answer your questions and provide you support. She made our stay perfect! I will definitely come back and Best westernis is now my favourite!.

It was a great time at Hayes Hotel. We travel to Addis since more than 13 years and already know the general kindness and hospitality of the Ethiopian people and staff in other hotels.
