The hotel was generally clean, very nice breakfasts, and friendly and professional staff! Hailemariyam at the gate was excellent! Hana was exceptionally extraordinary!! Hana, was frendly, and ready to answer your questions and provide you support. She made our stay perfect! I will definitely come back and Best westernis is now my favourite!.

A great place to stay. Free airport pick up weas there when I arrived. Room was spacious, clean , comfortable and quiet. Receptionist was charming and helpful. Security staff even showed me where I could find a local sports bar!

Hotel was fantastic, perfect for my 4 nights stay. I immediately felt like at home. The hotel is very well situated. I stayed in the hotel for a seminar that I gave and the facilities and equipment were perfect. The seminar room was spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities necessary. The service was top notch. A special thanks to the hotel manager who always went the extra mile to make sure we had all we needed. He even povided me with a replacement charger for my laptop as mine failed unexpectedly. Thank you really for that. Thank you also to all the hotel personnel who always cared to make my stay so special. Everyone was so helpful and smily. I will definitely go back there for my next visit.
