Perfection, its a bakery as well as a hotel, so we had freshly baked bread ready for us in the morning. Accomodating host that were very keen on us being comfortable despite a last-minute booking.

10 out of 10. The hotel is located perfectly in a secluded and quiet area. Hotel also has rent-a-bike which is very convenient for anyone who is interested in exploring around with a bike. There is a bus stop nearby which can take you anywhere on the island. The closest supermarket is around a kilometre far. Staff, receptionist and the breakfast was on a top level. Completely affordable with a scenic location. Would recommend for sure.

Very friendly staff. We had no car so the reception helped us organise bus trips to various attractions. They printed out bus timetables and showed us locations on the map. It was possible to go to sauna for free. Also for 2-3 hours you can rent a bike for free

    Godby is full of opportunities for everyone, sports, hiking, cycling etc. Beautiful environment. Short distances in all directions to historic sites and impressive nature spots. In the east e.g. the fortress of Bomarsund with an excellent new information centre for visitors and the Kastelholm castle. In the west the legendary Eckero post and customs building. Thera are large apple tree farms close by. We enjoyed a fantastic performance of Puccini’s opera Tosca at the Stallhallen open air stage, organised by Aland Opera Festival.

    Very quirky - the hotel also has a bakery and the topped baps and sweet buns were great! Location wonderful - 40m from a beautiful lake, lovely to swim in. Try the sauna/lake experience - it was fab!.

    The quiet location by the lake, the clean and modern room overlooking the lake, confortable beds. The best part is that the breakfast included freshly baked products from the hotel's own bakery.
